THIS GIG HAS A FULL SET OF PERFORMERS. Buy tickets to see the gig here.
We’ve had a year off while Steve raised twins but now we’re back to help nurture new science communication talent from across the UK.
On March 17th at 7.30pm we’re performing at the Star of Kings near King’s Cross in London, with all ticket money being donated to Breast Cancer Now.
We want eight brilliant science performers are wanted to perform 9 minute sets of any kind about any sort of science.
We’re only looking (this time) for people who have never done Science Showoff before.
We welcome science presentations, demos, comedy, music, interpretive dance whatever you’ve got as long as it’s about science. This gig is perfect if you’re a scientist eager to get out more, a science teacher who wants to have an audience of adults for once, a science fan who wants to try a stage out for the first time, a musician or comedian with some experimental science material to try out or ANYONE AT ALL WHO LIKES FUN AND SCIENCE.
Signing up here doesn’t guarantee a slot. Signup order is not running order. We reserve the right to refuse performers or topics.
